School Guidance Counselling Service

We have one full time guidance counsellor

· Students have timetabled career classes in 3rd, 4th, 5th &6th year
· Students also receive one on one individual careers appointment in
5th & 6th year
· All 4th year students attend the A.I.B “ Careers exhibition” in Wexford
· All 5th year students attend the Fas “apprenticeship” exhibition in
Dublin
· All 6th years students attend the “ Higher Options” Conference in the
R.D.S
· A number of other seminars are also facililted and they include the St.Vincents Clinical Schools Workshop and The Steps “women in engineering” workshop.

Individual Personal and educational counselling also takes place on a needs basis
